In all mythology Lizards are considered ‘evil’, sometimes the serpent is a symbol for rebirth for example in Greek and Egyptian culture but there’s almost always a evil reptile figure. In Morrison’s biography it briefly mentions his theory on how a primitive part of humans subconsciously fear reptiles. This could be because reptiles have the most basic brain… I’ll go on about this more in a later line.
