Genius Annotation

“Tomorrow Is a Long Time” is a song written and recorded by Bob Dylan. Dylan’s version was recorded in 1963 but would only be featured in an album 8 years later (Bob Dylan’s Greatest Hits Vol. II compilation, released in 1971). It was subsequently included in the triple LP compilation: Masterpieces.

The song is widely known for its 1966 version by Elvis Presley, which was recorded in a session for his album How Great Thou Art and later released as a bonus track on the album Spinoff. Countless other artists have also recorded their own versions of the song.

Most recently its original 1963 version was featured in the season finale of The Walking Dead’s first season.
