“Keep Me in Mind” is the fourth single from Zac Brown Band’s sophomore album You Get What You Give. While this song sounds fun and light instrumentally, the lyrics bring in a theme of yearning. “Keep Me in Mind” was written about a woman Durrette had been seeing. He spoke in a 2011 interview:

We hit it off…she told me we’ve only seen each other for a month, and she’s going to see what she can make work with this [other] guy. I started writing the song shortly after that. But she kept me in mind! We’re seeing each other now, and we couldn’t be happier.
