The Eyes of Alice Cooper is the sixteenth solo album by Alice Cooper. The third release for Spitfire Records (a subsidiary of Eagle Rock Entertainment) marked a change in musical direction compared to his last two releases. Both Dragontown and Brutal Planet had an industrial rock sound, while The Eyes of Alice Cooper marked a return to a hard rock sound.
The album was released with four cover variations. In these variations, the eyes of Cooper, as well as the crescent around the ‘A’ in ‘Alice’ came in colored variations of red, purple, green, and blue.
