Alice in Chains is the self-titled third album by the rock band of the same name. It was released on November 7th, 1995 and was the last studio album to feature Layne Staley before he passed due to a drug overdose in 2002. A good chunk of the lyrics were written by Staley, but Jerry Cantrell composed the music and helped write most of the songs.
