Released on the 15th of June, 2007 via Columbia Records, the album spawned three singles: “Acceptable in the 80s,” “The Girls,” and “Merrymaking at My Place.” The album cover was used to promote the fourth generation iPod Nano in yellow.

The album peaked at number eight on the UK Albums Chart, with first-week sales of 16,121 copies. By November 2014 it had sold 223,845 copies in the United Kingdom.
