Somewhere Back in Time: The Best of 1980-1989

Somewhere Back in Time is Iron Maiden’s first attempt at a timespan-restrained compilation, only conveying songs from the band’s heyday in the 1980s (though Bruce Dickinson is the only featured singer, even in songs originally recorded by Paul Di'Anno). The songs are also arranged in a way it resembles an Iron Maiden setlist, as demonstrated in the accompanying tour (registered in the documentary Flight 666).
