The Confessions Tour is Madonna’s second live album. It was recorded at Wembley Arena, London, during her Confessions Tour (2006). The album became the first release from Semtex Films, a production company founded by Madonna in 2006.
Despite peaking at #15 on the Billboard 200, the record reached #1 in Australia and in some European countries. It has sold more than 1.2 million copies worldwide.
The Confessions Tour won the Best Long Form Music Video award at the Grammy Awards of 2008.
