The Essential Mariah Carey

The Essential Mariah Carey is the fifth compilation album by American singer-songwriter Mariah Carey. In the US, this collection was issued by Legacy Recordings as a part of their “The Essential” series and as an entirely new greatest hits album with a revised track listing. In the UK and Ireland, however, it was simply released as a repackage of Carey’s 2001 Greatest Hits with the original tracklist still intact.
