Filles de Kilimanjaro is a studio album from American jazz trumpeter, bandleader, and composer Miles Davis.
Performed by the quintet of Davis, Wayne Shorter, Tony Williams, Chick Corea on electric piano and Dave Holland on bass, Filles de Kilimanjaro was Davis' first album to incorporate the use of electronic instruments. This album presented aspects of rock and jazz as well as funk and blues.
Many of the stylistic choices on this album carried over to Davis' electronic masterpiece, In A Silent Way.
