Under Waves of the Brown Coat

Under Waves of the Brown Coat was Portugal. The Man’s first official EP release. It featured 4 tracks from the unreleased EP Shooting the Shit and one new track, “So You Know”. A lot of the guitar work and some lyrics from this EP would later be featured on It’s Complicated Being A Wizard and other albums. It was released by the band independently on their label “Approaching AIRBalloons”, which was the original name for the band: Portugal. the Man and the Approaching Airballoons.
