Live at Glam Slam

Live at Glam Slam is a live album from Prince and the New Power Generation, released digitally on October 11, 2023 in advance of its inclusion on the deluxe edition of Diamonds and Pearls.

The show, recorded on January 11, 1992 at Glam Slam in Minneapolis, is a document of Prince and the newly-formed New Power Generation warming up for the Diamonds and Pearls Tour, tearing through a bulk of the titular album, performing a number of songs live for the first time. (The album captures the live debuts of “Thunder,” “Willing and Able,” “The Sacrifice of Victor,” “Insatiable,” and “Sexy MF.”)
