Transitions

Transitions is the third EP by Canadian post-hardcore band Silverstein. The EP was released on December 7, 2010 through Hopeless Records, making it their first release with the label.

The 5 song EP was created as promotion for the band’s upcoming fifth full-length album, Rescue, which was released the following year.
