Twice Upon a Time: The Singles

Siouxsie and the Banshees

About “Twice Upon a Time: The Singles”

Picking up where the previous collection, Once Upon a Time: The Singles left off, Twice Upon a Time features most singles from 1982’s “Fireworks” to 1992’s “Face to Face”, with the exception of 1987’s “Song from the Edge of the World”, which was intentionally left off.

A few of the songs appear in different forms from their original single releases: “Overground” is the re-recorded version originally from 1984’s The Thorn EP, “The Last Beat of My Heart” is a live recording from the bands peformance at Lollapalooza in 1991, and “Fear of the Unknown” is a remix from house DJ Junior Vasquez.

Notably, “Face to Face”, initially recorded for the Batman Returns soundtrack, appears on this album for the first time on CD.
