Skrlx is Skrillex’s self-titled studio album, set to release during 2023 alongside another and possible project, Contra. It is the follow-up to Skrillex’s double albums, Quest for Fire, and Don’t Get Too Close, both released on February, 2023.

The first hints of the album were given during a concert at a free pop-up in São Paulo on April 10, in where Skrillex—alongside well-know radio presenter, Jyoty Singh—was perfoming. Singh would talk about the possible project when she hopped to the mic, saying:
