Mercury Falling

This is the fifth studio album of Sting. Released 3 years after “Ten Summoner’s Tales”, Sting wanted some calme after the world tour to the latter album and spend some time with his family, that’s the reason for the hiatus between the two albums.
Some of the songs of the album are inspired from this calm, rested atmosphere, such as “The Hounds of Winter”, the first song according to Sting that he wrote after such a long pause.
