Irons in the Fire

Irons in the Fire is the third album by American R&B/soul singer Teena Marie, released on July 6, 1980 by Motown. In a 2009 interview she named it as her personal favorite of all her albums.

This is Teena’s greatest album that she ever made, every song on here is so powerful. Irons in the Fire is a classic indeed, Teena could sing her ass off and every song on here she produced her self. Gotta give her credit for that! Rest in peace Teena Marie! She also dedicated this album to her father Thomas Leslie Brockert.
