Nude on the Moon: The B-52’s Anthology is a collection of some of the more popular B-52’s songs over the years. The collection also includes a previously unreleased song, which is an outtake version of “Queen of Las Vegas”, and also includes various remixes and re-edits.
The name comes from the 1961 science-fantasy nudist film, “Nude on the Moon”, which was written and directed by Doris Wishman, a good friend of the B-52’s frontman, Fred Schneider.
