Indigo Meadow

In Texas there is a flower called Bluebonnet, and if in the spring you drive around the state you find yourself surrounded by these completely blue meadows. It is the image of my country that I always have in mind when I am on tour. The term “blue” can have various meanings, such as “sad”, but for me, also thanks to this image, it has a positive connotation. Phoshene Dream had been recorded in Los Angeles and you could feel the Californian sun inside. Indigo Meadow was all recorded in Texas in the desert. It is a more adventurous and dangerous album, than the previous one, deeply Texan and full of the atmosphere that you breathe in these parts.
