Teargarden by Kaleidyscope was a project album that ran from 2009-2014, which was originally proposed as a 44-track concept album loosely inspired by the game Tarot, specifically The Fool’s Jouney. The tracks would be uploaded onto the internet separately on different dates, and later collected into EPs. This is the third of those EPs, with the first being Vol. 1: Songs for a Sailor., and the second being Vol. 2: The Solstice Bare.
Interestingly, this is the only EP from the project to not have a formal subtitle, possibly due to the EP’s tracks not being fully released after a shift in plans.
This would go on until 2012, when Corgan decided to release these songs on the usual album format, with Oceania and Monuments to an Elegy.
