Gold is the 2-disc compilation album by American R&B group The Temptations as part of the Universal Music Group’s Gold series. The album was released on January 11, 2005. This album covers the group’s earlier years with songs such as, “My Girl”, “Ain’t Too Proud to Beg”, “The Way You Do the Things You Do” and more. The first disc also covers the group all the way into the late ‘60s. The second disc continues the group’s success into the '70s and beyond.
