True Colors

True Colors is the sophomore album of Zedd, released May 19th, 2015.

Hot off his debut’s success, he veers from instrumentals and features more famous artists, like Selena Gomez (“I Want You To Know”). He also enlists rising acts like Jon Bellion (“Beautiful Now”) and Troye Sivan (“Papercut”).

Despite this shift, he continues to implement more experimental sounds, such as in the 5-minute opener “Addicted to a Memory”. Regardless of style, Zedd soundtracks conflicts in love, and how their participants endure hardship.
