beach house is my second favorite band and had my two favorite albums of the year but i wouldve been more surprised if they were nominated. sufan is a bit of a headscratcher tho. seems like the type of thing they usually go for here.

On quality, this is the clear winner out of the nominees, but it didn’t appear on My Love Is Cool – it’s from April 2014’s Creature Songs EP, and so shouldn’t be eligible.
