When one cannot move on from someone, it leaves you feeling helpless and vulnerable, or “on your back”. “The stack as your load” would mean that this emotion of love is now a burden, either because his love is never returned, or it never works out the way he would like. He’s attempting to sever the love he feels to continue on.
These lines could also describe a rural person unloading the bed of a truck – a visual of the view from the hunting cabin in Wisconsin.

“stacks” throughout the whole song is a reference to the burdens of Justin’s life – the stacks of cash he throws away gambling online are a “microcosm” of the uncontrollability of his emotions.
“On your back with the racks” is a reference to the torture device “Rack” whereby one is slowly ripped apart as bound hands and feet are excruciatingly drawn apart
so “the stacks of you load” are the force stretching him apart on his own torture device.
“in the back with the racks and the stacks of your load” is a reference to a storage facility, the racks being the shelves which hold ‘stacks’ of products.
the third line is a sort of ownership of responsibility – Justin is getting his life in order, unstacking his emotional burdens, thereby ending the slow torture of being pulled apart by his own ‘rack’ (torture device)
