The stereotypical “outline” of a villain sometimes includes an evil goatee.
But in truth, the reference of an “outline” goes deeper than just a stereotypical villain. Nicki Minaj once stated in an interview with Power 105.1 (promoting PF:RR) that there are no successful female rapper career blueprint. For male rappers, you can turn to the likes of Jay-Z, Diddy, Snoop Dogg, Birdman, and Dr. Dre, who are all over 40 and are still some of the highest paid rappers today. Can you name any female rappers who are million-dollar moguls? That is Nicki Minaj’s point. She is setting out to make her career like an outline or better yet a goatee. A guide that future female rappers can use as inspiration to get to million-dollar mogul status and still be relevant when they are in their 40’s and beyond.
I don’t think this is everything. I’m pretty sure what she is saying is that the mother fuckers she references earlier “Talkin' bout' me YOU talkin' bout' me? […] That bitch must be smokin' a couple of OZs, they want a outline? Give them a goatee(gold teeth)”. Nicki has bodyguards and so if someone is talking shit about Nicki or worse, threatening her then her bodyguards are going to step in. Nicki is asking rhetorically “They want a outline?“ she’s rhetorically asking if they want to get themselves killed (because bodies will be outlined in chalk if someone is killed) and then Nicki proceeds to say "Give them a goatee(gold teeth)” meaning beat them up instead of killing them and we’ll just pay the fees in court when they sue us afterwards.
