Mandolyn Wind Ludlum, better known by her stage name Mystic, is an American singer and rapper from the San Francisco Bay Area. She released her debut solo album “Cuts for Luck and Scars for Freedom” on June 19, 2001. The song “Fatherless Child”, which was featured on the album, was made in memory of her father, who overdosed and died the same she signed her contract with GoodVibes Recordings, a record label that was launched in 1996.
