About Nikki Williams

Nikki Williams is a South African singer-songwriter.

Williams started out as a songwriter when she moved to LA, achieving placements with such artists as Demi Lovato and Lauren Alaina. In 2011, and in the meantime, she met Breyon Prescott and signed with his label Chameleon Entertainment through Island/Def Jam.

In 2012, she released the lead singles from her debut album: “Kill, Fuck, Marry” and “Glowing”. In 2013, she released the third single “Thank God Its Friday”. None of the singles charted highly and she left Def Jam for a different artistic direction.

In 2014, she re-signed to Atlantic Records as an artist and to Big Yellow Dog as a songwriter.
