Patrick Michael Smith — better known as J Que — is a singer, songwriter and producer from Anniston, AL.

He started his career in Atlanta with producer Tricky Stewart. He later formed writing team The Clutch with songwriter Keri Hilson, later meeting and adding Candice Nelson, Ezekiel Lewis and Balewa Muhammad to the group.
