Rudolf Schenker was and is one of the two guitarists of The Scorpions. He more often plays rhythm than lead, but has played lead on several of their biggest hits, including Wind of Change, Still Loving You, and Big City Nights.
Rudy founded the band, along with his brother Michael Schenker, a guitar god who left to form the Michael Schenker Group, while Rudy remained in The Scorpions until the present day, also outlasting Michael’s replacement Uli Jon Roth.
He also has several signature models of flying V guitar, his iconic guitar style.
