The Scream (Rock)

About The Scream (Rock)

The Scream is a hard rock band formed in 1989, in LA. It is composed by John Corabi (formerly of Angora, that would later join Mötley Crüe), members of Racer X Bruce Bouilett and John Alderete, and drummer Walt Woddard III. Drummer Scott Travis, from Racer X had been part of the band, until he left to join Judas Priest.
They recorded 2 albums, although only one was released, in 1991, called “Let It Scream”. It was produced by Eddie Kramer, who worked with Kiss and Jimi Hendrix.
After the release, Corabi left the band to join Mötley Crüe on their self-titled album. The band recruited Dashboard Mary vocalist Billy Fogarty, and recorded their second album “Takin' It to the Next Level”, but they were dropped from the label before they could release the album. After that, they ended up disbanding.
