A drift from The Strokes' classic sound, “You’re So Right” serves as the 4th track in the band’s fourth album, Angles. It offers a darker, more hardcore appeal, differing also from the first three tracks in the album.
It is important to note that this is one of few songs of the band featuring vocals made by a band member other than Julian – though he still sings the lead part. This, however, is present in “Under Cover of Darkness.” The backing vocals in this song are performed by guitarist Nick Valensi.
